These terms cover the EveryHello website, your informational conversation with Michael, account setup and the EveryHello service supplied by CW Strategic Solutions (Pty) Ltd, trading as EveryHello. The final service scope and terms shown to you before payment govern the paid service.
EveryHello Passport and pricing
EveryHello Passport is R1,000 once-off to set up and R450 per month from activation. Your included services, applicable tax, total due, renewal, cancellation and refund terms are shown before payment. Read the published refund and cancellation policy.
Michael website conversation
Michael is EveryHello's AI front-desk assistant. It provides information from approved EveryHello and business knowledge, asks useful follow-up questions and can prepare a setup or enquiry for review. A conversation does not create an account, place an order, guarantee an outcome, provide professional advice or give Michael authority to make consequential changes on your behalf.
Guided setup and identity
Michael can help prepare a business setup and commercial summary. A verified account—created with a password or one-time email code—allows the setup and conversation context you request to be saved. Verification does not by itself prove business ownership, create a paid entitlement or authorise payment.
Payment and activation
A payment is authorised only when you deliberately accept the amount, scope and recurring terms on the hosted payment surface and the payment provider confirms the transaction. Never send passwords, one-time codes or card details through Michael or email. Account verification and payment confirmation are separate steps.
Your business information and approvals
You are responsible for providing accurate business information and for having the right to use the names, wording and media you submit. Important public changes, prices, discounts, booking confirmations and guarantees remain subject to the owner controls explained in the product.
Product examples and photography
Product interfaces may use clearly labelled example data. Photography provides service-business context and does not identify a person as a customer, employee or testimonial unless EveryHello says so. The accepted service terms define the capabilities included in your account.
Acceptable use
Do not use this website, Michael or the support mailbox for unlawful activity, emergencies, abuse, automated probing, credentials, card details, confidential customer information or attempts to defeat access and security controls. You must not use EveryHello to mislead customers or make promises you cannot honour.
AI limits
AI responses may be incomplete or mistaken. Check important business, legal, financial, health or safety information independently. Michael is designed to stop and involve a person when a request needs an owner's judgement or an unsupported action.
