Payment and service responsibility

CW Strategic Solutions (Pty) Ltd operates EveryHello and remains responsible for service fulfilment, customer support, cancellations, refunds and disputes. Paystack processes payments but does not replace EveryHello as your service provider.

Email michael@everyhello.net with the relevant payment reference and a description of the issue. Do not send full card details, passwords or one-time codes.

EveryHello is not an emergency service. For immediate danger, self-harm risk or urgent assistance, contact the appropriate local emergency or crisis service.
