Michael always identifies itself as AI

Michael is EveryHello’s AI front-desk assistant. It can explain approved business information, ask for useful missing details and prepare a customer request for the business owner.

The owner keeps the decisions

Michael does not set a final price, agree a discount, confirm a booking, guarantee availability or make another commitment unless the business has provided a clear approved rule for that exact answer. When the answer needs judgement, Michael says so and prepares the request for a person.

Information and provider processing

Michael uses the current message, a limited amount of recent conversation context and approved EveryHello or business information. OpenAI processes qualifying AI responses under its API data controls. EveryHello does not use customer conversations for unrelated AI training.

What not to share

Do not send passwords, one-time codes, card details, medical information, confidential customer records or emergency requests through Michael. Use the dedicated support or emergency service appropriate to your situation.
